Four Steps to Building a Culture of TRIP!
We hear a lot about how many of our treasured cultures in America are under attack and withering under pressure to be more sustainable & inclusive. Well, you can’t be more inclusive and not destroy anything by building a culture of TRIP in your life and business.
Since TRIP stands for tenacity, resilience, imagination, and purpose it applies to everyone working to better their lives and their businesses. There are four ways, like TRIP itself, to implement a culture that is strong, flexible, and enduring:
1. LEADERSHIP Be the leader in your life who helps those around you to be tenacious and never give up. The strength of a true leader lies in their ability to illustrate how tenacity and resilience can lift everyone up to the tasks at hand and successfully complete them. Teach your crew through example, direction, and explanation,
2. COMMUNICATION To clearly state your purpose is so vital to employees and clients. When they understand your mission without reservation the path to success for all involved will be seen and accepted. All that is required then is follow through with enthusiasm and energy.
3. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Critical to all organizations is in the planning and implementation of your vision. Utilizing the imagination created by mastermind groups within the management structure ensures that the plan is well thought out down to the minute details, so implementation can flow smoothly with a clear understanding of the goal at hand.
4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT Finally, giving the front-line employee the ability and power to satisfy the customer in flexible common-sense ways builds a visible culture to your public image. This is essential in extending your TRIP culture up and down within your organization and builds trust in your team from the ultimate buyer. That trust will earn referrals and repeat business second to none.
The TRIP Technique Assessment™ enables you:
· to build with confidence,
· promote with ease,
· and hire and retain employees who will be on the same page as you, their leader.
Gather your team, set goals utilizing the cultural philosophy of TRIP, and then educate everyone on how it works inside and outside your business to benefit all involved. Yes, this will take a little time, but excellence comes with practice and the TRIP mantra of freedom, fulfillment, and fun!
