TRIP TIP #30 “Be the Inventor, Creator, and Innovator!”

Hi, this is Keith Renninson “The Tenacity Expert” professional speaker & author of the award-winning book “Tenacity, You Don’t Have to Get Lost in Nepal to Find Yourself, But it Helps!”.  I’m here with my next installment of my TRIP Tips for the financial services professional.  Remember that TRIP is an acronym for TENACITY, RESILIENCE, IMAGINATION, AND PURPOSE.  So, lets’ get started!

We all have made decisions as we were growing up about who we are, who we will become, but after a while we all just fall into a groove and our identity settles into that groove.  Do you ever think about changing or adding to who you are?  My TRIP System can assist you in this process.  Use your imagination to take your present existence and find what new ideas really turn you on.  Become a master at brainstorming, looking for the different, the unusual but effective strategies.  Let those ideas and energy translate into a new facet of who you are.   

If you choose so, be that person who everyone knows will come through with something unique if they brainstorm with you.  Your friends and peers understand that you will dig deep into your well of ideas with fun and excitement to bring the momentum they are lacking and give them the boost they need...be their creative leader of thoughts and ideas!  Having tenacity, resilience and imagination on your side give you powerful energy to grow.

A couple of TRIP Tips back I spoke of a pool of energy & ideas that we can tap into when needed.  It has a spiritual and metaphysical quality to it that allows for heightened enlightenment to find your mission and purpose in life.  Don’t discount it, explore it with a sense of adventure.

Once you've experienced the exciting feeling of being the "expert" you will want more it.  We all want to be good at something.  If leadership is your wheelhouse, leading others with a good imagination is a great place to start.
