Consistency is Key!

CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

One of the things that we as business-people have control over is our consistency in value and service. As the world around us seems to be swirling with controversy and confusion we all have the ability to control what we put out as our product.  Often that product is ourselves. We can rely on our morals, ethics and commitment to quality to see us through these difficult times. There is a lot of stress relief in being consistent in these traits.

With tenacity, resilience, imagination, and purpose as our bedrock approach to life in general, we can show up strong and secure in how we serve our clients.  Also, with so much inconsistency around us this is a wonderful way to stand out, to differentiate our businesses and show what we stand for with:

·      The ability to not waiver in the face of difficulty is the hallmark of optimism and tenacity.

·      The ability to plan and execute a new vision is the highest quality of resilience.

·      The ability to utilize our imagination to see a new path, a new idea or new way to implement is the most positive way to growth and prosperity.

·      The ability to understand our purpose with such clarity that it gives us so much energy to push forward that we can’t be denied in our efforts.

Consistency in all of the TRIP characteristics enables us to satisfy our goals and those of our clients simultaneously. This is what business is all about. Keeping it simple and yet strategic gives us a clear path to success.

This type of mission also gives employees, as well as our customers, an understanding of who we are and where we are going. They can’t help but want to be involved and committed to our cause.

Convey these sentiments with your advertising, mission statements, value statements and overall communication with a consistency that etches them in the stone of promise and then follow through to make them happen. You can do it; I would be willing to bet that you have the will and the desire…jus’ sayin’!

Remember to take a TRIP for a lifetime, not a trip of a lifetime.
